Staying in the Japanese traditional room really gave me a sense of being in a traditional Japanese Ryokan. The basic room with tatami mats and futons was a unique experience. While there was no TV, it was a great opportunity to enjoy other aspects of the stay. Despite being only 10sqm, the traditional Japanese mattress on tatami made the room appear more spacious when folded. It truly felt like a traditional experience.
